Assembly W. Resume –

Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and risk analysis using lean six sigma methodologies.
Worked with quality tools CAPA, PDCA, TQM, 5S, Kanban, VSM and control charts.
Implemented and maintain quality inspection plans for assembly.
Develop, Edit and Recommend improvements to process, Control Plans, and Process Flows.
During this I worked with the plant layout and design to maximize the output and minimize the time to assemble and service of the vehicles.
Worked with the MRP and BOM to optimize the inventory
Internship: (continuous/process improvement analyst) 4 months
Analyzed current processes generating process flow diagrams and value stream map to modify layout of the assembly line to maximize space and worker utilization resulting in 10% increased units per worker hour and to eliminate the waste
Minimized waste by 25%, organizing Kaizen events to establish Kanban and 5S visual management systems
Utilized Six Sigma DMAIC methodology to facilitate continuous improvement in plant

ACADEMIC PROJECTS:
Six Sigma Quality – CVS Pharmacy 2015
Inconsistencies in the Inventory storage unit have been solved using the DMAIC methodology. Process maps have been developed to identify the root cause of the problems and 5S technique has been adopted to solve the problems. Proposed few solutions to reduce storage and retrieval times of the products
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT-Department of Water Resources, Town of Tonawanda 2015
The purpose of this study is to provide a convenient and reliable methods for forecasting of water demand while reducing the prediction uncertainty. Water demand forecasts are needed for the design, operation and management of urban water supply systems. Different types of regression, time series models are investigated and compared.
FACILITIES DESIGN –heuristic approach to multi location allocation 2015
An optimal solution is obtained by minimizing the total cost which is directly proportional to the distance and flow between the facilities. In this project we have used java coding for heuristic approach to solve the multi-location allocation problems.

HIGH CAPACITANCE SUPER CAPACITORS USING 3D PRINTING METHODS 2016
Multilayer films of polyaniline (PANI) and graphene oxide (GO) were deposited on indium tin oxide (ITO)electrode for super capacitors applications using 3D printing technology. The results demonstrate the importance of the 3D applications by increasing the specific capacitance of the materials used.
