Position Title:

  • Warehouse Pick Pack Assembly Production | Monroe BI
  • Company: Manufacturing/Warehouse
  • Location: Monroe, NJ
  • Hours: 1st shift – 5:45am to 2:15pm
  • Compensation Package: Medical Insurance Paid Weekly (Direct Deposit, Cash Card, Etc.) Three Month Trial Period For Potential Raise
  • $10.15 – $10.50hr starting | $10.50-$11.00 Hourly after becoming direct for 3 months
  • Start Date: Immediate — 1st Interview in Spotswood, NJ office. 2nd Interview on the Job site

Requirements:

  • Have Reliable Transportation
  • Legal to work in the USA – Government IDs
  • Pass 5 Panel Drug Test check on site
  • Pass Criminal Background Check
  • 1st Interview in Spotswood, NJ office. 2nd Interview on the Job site.
  • No cell phones allowed on job site floor. | All cell phones will be left in employee storage room for access.
  • Able to lift 45 pounds consistently in a fast pace environment.

Job Specifics:

  • Temp. to Hire Perm.
  • Must be a team player and work in different departments when needed. You will be trained to drive the sit-down forklift and be able to multi-task when needed.
  • Due to the enormous growth during the last few years, a recognize manufacturing company in the Monroe Township Area is actively seeking permanent We train! This position is primarily responsible for packaging materials and products manually by performing the following duties.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    1. Lines and pads crates and assembles cartons.

    2. Obtains and sorts product.

    3. Helps the Machine Operator as needed. They both work in a team of 2.

    4. Wraps protective material around product.

    5. Inserts product into boxes or fills containers as needed

    6. Weighs containers and adjusts quantity.

    7. Nails, glues, tapes or close boxes.

    8. Labels containers, container tags, or products.

    9. Sorts bundles or filled boxes.

    10. Packs special arrangements or selections of product.

    11. Inspects materials, propaganda, etc at each step of packaging process.

    12. Records information such as weight, time, and date packaged.

    Training and assistance will be provided during the initial period to learn how to work and assist the Machine Operator.
