    Our client, a manufacturer of medical products located in Wall, NJ is seeking a device assembler for first and second shifts. Preferably, candidates will have a minimum of 1-year manufacturing experience – medical device experience is a big plus. The ability to quickly learn new processes and understand new concepts will be important to success, as is the ability to communicate well, use paper and computer based tracking systems, and give verbal feedback to teammates. As part of the production team, the candidate will be required to follow detailed work instructions written in English, document activities accurately and completely, follow sequences of operations in performing techniques such as bonding, assembly, cleaning, cutting, packaging, and inspection. Candidate must be able to work in a clean room environment and wear clean room garments, perform repetitive, skill sensitive, manual assembly processes, operate production machinery, work with (and near) inks, isopropyl alcohol and other manufacturing related liquids. Candidate must also be able to adhere to FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), general safety and manufacturing procedures, and company practices and policies. Some lifting may be required (up to 35 lbs)
