70% of the job is electronic assembly and 30% will be testing and troubleshooting.
You assemble, test and calibrate analog, digital and microprocessor based sub-assemblies and final products produced by Solar Light Company, Inc.
A demonstrated experience in electro-mechanical assembly with a strong background in interpreting component and assembly drawings and schematics is crucial. You are a self-starter that is able to work independently and under direct supervision.
– Follow assembly work instructions, drawings, schematics and procedures.
– Wire, solder, and assemble fabricated components to make electrical and mechanical assemblies.
– Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating specifications.
– Troubleshoot and repair of assemblies that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary.
– Meet established build time and quality standards.
– Follow all company Safety Policies and Quality Guidelines.
