Electronic Assembly Lead

Join a leader in the design and manufacture of equipment for critical manufacturing processes as an Electronic Assembly Lead on 1st shift. Our client company is based in Amery, WI. Position – Electronic Assembler Lead

Job Location – Amery, WI

Starting Date – As soon as possible

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00 am – 3:30 pm)

Starting Pay – $17 – $21/hr., depending on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the values of client company

  • Lead designated team members engaged in assembly activities.

  • Coordinate work schedules, staffing and create priorities.

  • Assist with troubleshooting of production issues.

  • Suggest changes to the supervisor in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department or staff.

  • Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.

  • Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.

  • Confer with supervisor to coordinate activities of individual departments.

  • Enter information on production metrics.

  • Discuss layout and assembly procedures and problems with supervisor to clarify design details and functional criteria of electronic units with engineering.

  • Recommend changes in circuitry or installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance.

  • Recognition of nonconforming products and services.

  • Perform other related miscellaneous tasks/duties as assigned and required.
