Warehouse in Irving looking to hire Electro-Mechanical Assembler Lead ASAP!
- 1st shift, 7am-done (M-F and some weekends)
- Located in Irving
Mechanical Assembler Lead of final system builds installing circuit cards into box build systems. This is a working lead position and requires the lead to work to build products.
Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Must be proficient in using various type of hand tools.
As the lead they must be able to direct a small team of mechanical assembly workers to meet the shipping schedule as set by management.
Team player that can work with others to meet goals.
- Lead experience is required
- 2+ years of Electrical assembly in manufacturing
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Capable of walking 200 feet several times a day moving boxes
- Lift 25lbs or more several times a day
