Job Details for Assembler

  • Schedule: 1st shift Monday – Friday 6:30am-3:00pm, 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am
  • Pay Rate: $15+
  • Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities and Description for Assembler

  • Read and interpret detailed blueprints and instructions
  • Track and record progress using a detailed checklist
  • Create blueprints from checklists in progress
  • Use micro and small scale assembly equipment – tweezers, industrial-grade glue, microscopes to assemble small metal parts
  • Perform quality and accuracy inspections on final assembled product

Job Requirements for Order Assembler

  • 1+ year of experience with blueprints required, 3+ years preferred
  • Ability to understand and apply fractions for assembly specifications
  • Proven success applying fine motor skills for precision work
  • Sit or remain stationary for a majority of the shift
  • Lift and move up to 25lbs occasionally
  • Work longevity – have spent at least 2 years at the same job within the last four years
  • Have a great attitude and be a good teammate
